Paragliding Market is a read-only search and discovery service that aggregates public listings from third-party marketplaces. We help users compare listings and, where available, continue to the original source. We do not own the listed equipment, broker sales, hold payments, or act as an agent for buyers or sellers.
You may use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms. If you use Paragliding Market for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. Stop using the service if you do not agree with these terms.
Listing text, prices, images, specifications, availability, seller details, and source links come from third parties and may be incomplete, outdated, translated, or incorrect. Paragliding Market does not endorse a listing or seller and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, quality, or availability of any item. The original marketplace listing controls if information differs.
Any contact, inspection, payment, delivery, dispute, or transaction is solely between you and the relevant third party. Used paragliding equipment is safety-critical. Independently verify identity, ownership, condition, service history, certification, compatibility, and suitability, and obtain inspection or advice from a qualified professional before purchase or flight.
Some features require an account. Provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in method secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may restrict or close accounts used unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these terms.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, collect protected personal data, use the service unlawfully, or automate access in a way that harms the service or third parties.
Paragliding Market's software, interface, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party listing content and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the service does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse protected content beyond what the law allows.
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the service, including sources and account features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of saved data, or continued access to any third-party listing or marketplace.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and Paragliding Market is not responsible for third-party listings, sellers, transactions, equipment, external services, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
